Fundraising Announcement

Dear BFSC Parents/Members;

Starting January 30th, 2012, Bowmanville Figure Skating Club will launch a Little Caesar’s Fundraiser to raise funds for skater development and our 2012 Carnival coming up in March.

Our sales period will be from Monday January 30th to Monday February 13th, 2012. Two week selling period!

Each member will receive an order form to keep track of customers, orders and payments. Please collect payment at time of order.

All orders to be turned in no later than Friday February 17th, 2012. Orders and money can be given to Caroline MacKeen.

NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. CASH ONLY, PLEASE.

Our delivery date is Friday March 2nd, 2012. Order can be picked up at South Courtice Arena between 6:00pm – 8pm. If you cannot attend, please make arrangements with another skater as we will not be able to store any kits after delivery.

We expect that this Little Caesar’s Fundraiser will be a great success!

Our target is 400 kits to reach our profit goal of $2000.00 for new equipment, planning for Carnival etc. With your support we can make this our most profitable fundraiser yet!

We have started an email mailing list for important information updates.  Most names have been added to the list from the club registration forms.  We have sent out a couple of messages now using the system.  If you haven't seen one of the messages please check the spam or junk mail folders in your particular email client or provider.  If you haven't seen one of the two messages and there is nothing in your spam folders you can signup for the mailing list.  A signup form has been added as a link in the left side navigation menu.

The Bowmanville Figure Skating Club will be presenting the 2012 Spring Gala on Saturday March 31, 2012.

In order for the 2012 Spring Gala to be a success we need volunteers and hope we can count on your support.  The more volunteers that are willing to help mean the more successful and enjoyable the Gala will be for the skaters.
