Summer Skating Is Back (following strict guidelines)

Summer Ice is now Available for Starskate only Starting Tuesday August 11th for Four Weeks

Registration is NOW LIVE

  1. Star skate Only Junior thru Senior, MUST HAVE PASSED CANSKATE STAGE 6 TEST.
  2. Limit of 15 Skaters and 5 coaches per session.
  3. Must have a valid Skate Canada membership (19/20 Season)
  4. Must submit a Skate Ontario Waiver.
  5. Must submit a Health screening prior to every session skated. (e.g. if you skate on Tuesday and Wednesday a health screening will be required for each session)
  6. All Participants will be required to follow the Skate Ontario and Clarington Return to Play Protocols.
  7. If skating on Multiple sessions each day, participants will be required to leave the building between sessions for 30 minutes.
  8. No Spectators are allowed in the Arena.


Session 1 – 5:40 to 6:30 pm
Session 2 – 7:00 to 7:50 pm

All skaters must fill out and submit a Return to Play Skate Ontario Waiver before entering the Arena or skating with our Club.  (Submit to and/or provide hard copy to Coach/Executive Member for Tracking)

Additionally before EVERY Skating Session, a Health Screening must be filled out and Submitted to and/or bring a hard copy to the Arena and provide to the Coach/BFSC Executive Member for Tracking

All events cancelled, arenas closed

We have received word that all Clarington arenas including SCA, RRC and community complexes will close effective March 14 to April 5 due to COVID-19. As we get more information I will pass it along to everyone.

Volunteers and Donations needed for the BFSC Star 1-4 competition

Hello everyone.  BFSC has been selected to host a Star 1-4 competition in the near future.  Specifically, As we are setting up and planning, we are looking for several volunteers to assist with the weekend events or provide donations.
